We’ve combined Pilates and Barre training in order to provide a more challenging, fresh and fun new way in which to exercise. With the combination of these two classes, the possibilities are endless!

(Our group classes contain a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8 people)

Our Pilates Barre approach is a fun, high-energy group exercise class that fuses fitness techniques from Pilates, Dance/Ballet, and Yoga combined with fluid athletic & strength training and is fully expandable and adaptable to any client base. Exercises can be modified for beginners, prenatal clients or clients with injuries, and can also be amplified for advanced clients that are looking for an extreme challenge. The possibilities are really endless!

Our pilates barre workouts are designed to emphasize the correct biomechanics of movement to increase strength, flexibility, stamina and dynamic stability. It is a program geared for everyone—no experience required! You will be getting not only the safest and most impactful workout — but will have fun doing it!

The Bar Method Explained:

The Bar Method relies on a ballet barre and a series of strenuous exercises, including push-ups, sitting and standing poses held for several minutes on end, to help clients develop dense, elongated muscles and burn body fat. Similar to Pilates, using & adding the Ballet Barre to workouts, we can focus on strengthening core muscles; improved posture; for a more all-round; in-depth and intense full body workout to create more muscle density, greater strength and greater definition.

Pilates exercises at the barre and on the mat tone your muscles, while complementary yoga postures lengthen and shape your muscles.

You may think barre workouts are a girly way to train, but this combination of ballet barre exercises and Pilates will have you working up a sweat.
