A fun combination of strength, cardio, stability and functional exercises incorporating body weight and equipment like kettlebells, rocket bags, medicine balls, suspension straps, battle ropes, pull-up bars and many more.
Boot Camp is structured in such a way that it caters for all fitness levels, no class is ever the same and most exercises are time based meaning the super fit and the beginners can all take part and work at their own pace in the same amount of time.
Training takes place both indoors and out on the lawns offering greater variety and atmosphere. Weight loss, general strength and toning are all possible with Boot Camp or just join in for the fun of it in a great social environment.
