The Studio

Pilates Dynamics in Randburg Johannesburg is an upmarket and professional full-service - state of the art pilates studio situated next to the Randburg Sports Complex within a tranquil environment with sub-tropical gardens and fountains.

We have four fully equipped studios. Our equipment consists of Cadillacs, Towers, Reformers, Wunda Chairs, Spine Barrels, Arc Barrels, Ladder Barrels, Big Balls, Soft Balls, Medicine Balls, Poles, Therabands, Rings, Free Weights, Resistance Tubing, Air-Steppers, Trampolines, Skipping Ropes, Gliding Discs, Pilates Barre Work and various cardio machines

We are in the process of expansion to include Physiotherapy and Chiropractic services.

Our studio hours are:

Mondays to Thursdays from 05h30 to 20h00

Fridays from 06h00 to 16h30

Saturdays from 07h00 to 12h30


Our pilates trainers have been certified with top pilates educators - with experience locally and internationally.


  • The pilates trainers all have a minimum of 3 years practical training experience.
  • Pilates trainers qualifications include the following additional training;-
    • Degree: Human Movement Science
    • Certification: Strength and Conditioning
    • Certification: Kinesiology
    • Degree: BPhysT & Dry Needling (Physiotherapy)
    • Degree: BTech - Dance and Teaching
    • Certificate: Personal Training
    • Various Short Courses & Workshops: Preggy Pilates; Pilates Spinal Isolation; Pilates D-Sebecs training


We Cater For

Professional Athletes (Men & Women), Pregnant and Post-Natal Women, Children, Dancers & Celebrities, Physiotherapist and Chiropractor referrals and Weekend Warriors.


Why Pilates

The focus is on fitness, strength and flexibility and correct muscle isolation. It includes Resistance Training and Body Conditioning as well as Sports-specific Training in order to create more effective body awareness, optimize muscle efficiency and Corrective Rehabilitative measures where required. Pilates is also essential for injury prevention, mobility and overall strength and agility.
