Pilates is the ideal form of exercise to develop balanced muscle strength and flexibility in children and teenagers. Ideal for hypermobility, spinal health, low muscle tone and improving proprioception.

Taught on the mat and reformer, with cadillac, towers, chairs, barrels and small equipment.

pre & post natal

A safe, gentle way to make pregnancy and birth more comfortable. The focus is core stability, the pelvic floor and posture, with strength for the abdominals and back to support recovery after birth.

New to Pilates? A private group assessment is required before joining a group class.

the weekly timetable.

The same group classes run every week, Monday to Friday. Private classes are available during operating hours: Mon–Thu 06:00–19:00, Fri 06:00–17:30. Bookings are essential.

What to wear & bring
  • Comfortable, well-fitted (not baggy) exercise gear.
  • Non-slip socks.
  • A sweat towel and water.
Subscriptions & bookings
  • All classes are sold in monthly subscriptions, valid for one calendar month.
  • Bookings are essential. No credits.
  • All adult classes are 55 minutes.
  • Subscriptions are subject to a calendar month’s cancellation notice.
  • Changes to bookings need 24 hours’ notice.
